It’s game on at the PEI International Shellfish Festival, where talented chefs and extraordinary oyster shuckers from across Canada and beyond vy to win over $24,000 in culinary competitions showcasing the Island’s renowned shellfish. Treat yourself at the Festival’s food pavilion, where shellfish reigns supreme and then take in culinary demonstrations hosted by Chef Lynn Crawford on Friday and Saturday, with Chef Michael on deck for Sunday’s demos.
